International Orders: All international orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Shipping times vary by location. Delivery time for USPS Priority Mail International averages 6 to 18 business days (depending on your shipping destination). Please allow this time before reporting an undelivered package. Customs and import duties are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. When your order is shipped, we automatically send a FedEx tracking number to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. Please check your email for the email with the header "FedEx Delivery Alert". Within the email you may then go to the FedEx website to track your package. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Important Live Plants Policy: If a plant is damaged or defective, we must be notified WITHIN 7 DAYS of customer receipt. Personalized products are not returnable or refundable. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt or email confirmation and will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you are returning an item, ship your package by insured parcel post, UPS or FedEx following the guidelines on the back of your invoice. Granite and Slate - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return by freight in its original packing container (crate) and in original condition within 7 days of customer receipt. All wooden bridge prices shown on our site include our overweight shipping cost of 15% which is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return freight. Bridges cannot be returned if it has been assembled, stained or altered in any fashion. Bridges must be returned in original condition and in original packaging within 30 days. Our goal is to provide the fastest service possible to our customers. In order to accomplish this, orders are automatically processed immediately after they are received. We can cancel or modify your order if it has not been shipped. Personalized products cannot be cancelled or refundable. If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify your order. When you receive the order, you may return the unused item in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt and will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Any package that is refused or undeliverable for any reason will incur both the original shipping charges plus an additional return shipping charge equal to the amount of the original shipping charge. Refused and undeliverable packages are returned to us via the same method in which it was originally shipped. When the package is received back, credit will be given for the purchase price less the original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
Any product that is special ordered cannot be returned. Special order products is defined as, but is not limited to: any merchandise that a customer orders that is not available in stock or not normally stocked or has been ordered at a customers request. All special orders are subject to pre-payment in full. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
