Chinese red lanterns are a symbol of happiness and good luck. Raising the red lantern is a tradition that began in China back in the 1600's during the Qing Dynasty. Our miniature 3" diameter Chinese lantern is crafted of a beautiful red velvet like texture and gracefully detailed in gold trim with a red tassel and includes a suction cup for hanging on a smooth surface.
